Whether it’s automatic built-in oil filtration and top-off or Henny Penny’s innovative touchpad controls, the Velocity Series allows operators to get the most out of their valuable resources.
On the pressure fryer configuration, the Velocity Series features a patented counter-balanced lid lift and lock system, allowing operators to easily load and unload product from the fryer thanks to a built-in mechanism that offsets the weight. This makes it less strenuous for employees to use as well as more efficient, with specially designed half racks that reduce the need to directly handle product between breading, holding and serving. The Velocity Series also has an open fryer model.
