| Shipping Policy |
- All items ordered will be shipped
F.O.B. the vendor’s manufacturing facility or
F.O.B. Iron Station, NC unless otherwise indicated.
- Next Day and Second Day Air shipments
must be received by 12:00 PM EST to ship that same
day.
- Price-Davis, Inc. takes great
pride in preparing products for shipment to ensure
your complete customer satisfaction. Because not every
product is shipped from our warehouse, and incidents
do indeed happen, we ask that you take the following
steps to inspect your shipments for possible damage.
- Please check all crating, packages
and boxes for visible damages.
- Please count all pieces and
compare them to the bill of lading.
- Note on the Bill of Lading any
damages or shortages.
- If visible damage is so severe,
please refuse the shipment and call one of our Customer
Service Representatives at 1-800-456-1014.
- Signing the Bill of Lading relieves
the freight carrier, the manufacturer and Price-Davis,
Inc. from any liability due to damage or shortages.
- Unpack and inspect all pieces
for concealed damages.
- If concealed damage is found,
please contact the freight carrier immediately to
request an inspection
- Please report any concealed
damage to Price-Davis, Inc. by emailing our Customer
Service Department at customerservice@pricedavisinc.com.

| Return Policy |
- Requests for returned goods must
be made in writing to customerservice@pricedavisinc.com
or by calling 1-800-456-1014 and speaking with a Price-Davis,
Inc. Customer Service Representative within 15 days
of the invoice date.
- All returned goods must have
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued
by a Price-Davis, Inc. representative.
- All goods must be unused and
shipped prepaid in their original packaging materials.
- Goods must be received within
30 days of the RMA number issue date
- All returns are subject to a
20% restocking charge.
- Custom or non-standard products
may not be returned under any circumstances
- Used, closeout or specially discounted
equipment may not be returned.
- Metal Shelving (gondola, wall
or other) may not be returned
- All credits will be reapplied
to the payment method used after goods have been returned
and applicable restocking fees and shipping costs
have been applied.
